Can i get a refund if i change my mind?

We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges

I received my item and it was faulty, what can i do?

We ensure we check each item before it lovingly gets sent out to you. If you do receive your items and there is a fault please email info@lovenoteco.com.au

What are you doing about sustainability?

We take sustainability seriously here at Love Note Co which is why all of our materials are sustainably sourced. We have designed a beautiful canvas bag to hold your instruments in, instead of plastic so this will last. We have also done significant research our mailer bags to reduce our environmental footprint. All of our mailer bags are plant based and are 100% compostable and can be composted both at home or commercially. Simply plant it in your veggie patch and watch it break down!

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to lovingly package up your orders and send these out to their forever homes

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays for parcels sent from and delivered to Victoria due to an increased volume and workforce capacity constraints. 

Please allow for an additional 3 day delay for deliveries in Victoria. Please use your tracking number provided to stay up to date with the progress of your order. If your order does not arrive within 14 business days please contact us at info@lovenoteco.com.au and we will assist you with chasing this up. *Please note, this also does apply to express post. During a sale or around certain periods e.g Christmas, Easter our turnaround times will increase. We will keep customers informed of this via social media. Please keep these times in mind when placing your order and wanting to receive it for a specific occasion. 

How much is Australian & International Domestic Shipping?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Prices are based on weight and calculated at checkout. All orders are send through Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.                                              

What happens if my parcel gets lost?

Please be aware we do not refund if an incorrect shipping address has been given. In the instance the item is returned to the sender (us) we will contact the customer for the correct address and charge the customer again for the original shipping costs to send out to the new address. 

Change of address after order has been placed?

In the event the shipping address has been entered incorrectly at checkout please contact us at info@lovenoteco.com.au and advise us of the correct address. We are only able to make this change before the order has been shipped out. Love Note Co take no responsibility for any order which has been sent out to the incorrect address or lost due to an incorrect address.
